…we are firmly on ground, ready for massive mobilization-Senatorial women leader
The All Progressives Congress, APC’s women wing in Osun West Senatorial District, on Wednesday converged on Iwo, to mobilize members of the party and other electorates in the zone for the reelection of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and his Deputy, Benedict Alabi, in the coming governorship election billed to hold on 16th July, 2022.
The women were resolute in their resolve to campaign massively for the party within the senatorial district and beyond, saying people of the state must be made to understand all that the government in the state is doing to make life better for the citizenry.
Addressing the mammoth crowd, the Osun West Women Senatorial Leader, Chief Mrs Funmilayo Adegbile, opined that APC’s women in the zone were very proud of Governor Oyetola and his Deputy for what she termed tremendous achievements in all areas of human existence within the space of three years.
She explained that the Osun West Senatorial District is a friendly environment for the APC, based on laudable impact the government have had on the people of the area .
According to her, the consistent and steady pattern of development since 2018 when the present administration in the state came to power has distinguished the administration as responsible and responsive in all ways.
Adegbile, further asserted that no amount of lies and propaganda could sway the electorates in all the ten local governments in the zone from the path of APC, as she commended women across the zone in particular and all over the state for their unalloyed supports and solidarity.
”We are on the path of success on this journey , the unprecedented turn around in our dear state by this administration is already speaking for our party; our people now know better and could see the difference in every sector.
”For us in the West, especially women, we are more than ready to reelect our amiable Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola and his supportive and reliable Deputy, Benedict Alabi come July, 2022.
”We want to really thank the Governor for his pragmatic approach to issues and his Deputy, who is our leader in the West for his consistency in coming to our aid whenever we are in need of any assistance.
‘We, therefore, call on all our members in this Senatorial District and beyond to start massive mobilization for the party to ensure victory at the poll”, she stressed.
Present at the event were members of the cabinet as well as other state functionaries from the zone.
