Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) officials resume at the 9 polling units in Oredo Ward 4, at Emokpae Primary School, Mission Road, Benin City at 8:57 a m. Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State is expected to vote in one of the polling units in this Ward.
