Veteran Rapper, Snoop Dogg Quits Smoking

American hip-hop legend Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., popularly known as Snoop Dogg, has quit smoking.

The veteran rapper said he decided to give up the addiction “after much consideration and conversation” with his family.

He announced this in a terse statement shared via his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Thursday.

The statement reads: “After much consideration and conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.”
