NANS Felicitates Osun Civil Defence Commandant on Birthday, Seeks Collaboration

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Southwest Zone D has extended warm birthday wishes to Commandant Igbalawole Emmanuel Sotiyo, the Commandant of the Osun State Civil Defence Command, celebrating his dedication to peace, security, and service in Osun State.

In a statement from the Office of the Assistant General Secretary, NANS Southwest, signed by Comrade Adeyemo Josiah Kayode (BILLIONCODES), the association acknowledged Commandant Sotiyo’s unwavering commitment to security, discipline, and community service.

The statement also reminded Commandant Sotiyo of a pending courtesy visit request submitted earlier this year, aimed at fostering a working relationship between the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and NANS Southwest on issues of student safety, campus security, and national development.

NANS Southwest expressed interest in collaborating to strengthen student-security synergy across institutions in Osun State.
