The Executive Chairman, Isokan South LCDA, Ikoyi, Hon. Wasiu Oyetunji Oyelami has joined well meaning Nigerian to celebrate a remarkable leader whose life reflects discipline, unwavering commitment and excellence, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) on his birthday.

According to Prince Oyelami in his birthday’s congratulatory message issued and made available to newsmen on Monday by his Media Office, “I am extending my warmest and most heartfelt birthday wishes to a wonderful and reverred leader whose life has been a testament to dedicated service, visionary leadership, and profound commitment to his people and entire country”.

The Isokan South LCDA boss, said in his congratulatory message that, AMBO’s journey from the banking sectors of WEMA to become one of Nigeria’s most respected financial minds speaks to a lifetime defined by results, not rhetoric.

“AMBO’s wonderful and remarkable turnaround of OSICOL remains one of Osun State’s best, and finest governance success stories and at a period when the institution was written off, the man AMBO stepped in with clarity, rebuilt its financial backbone, introduced discipline, and transformed it into Omoluabi Holdings, growing its value from ₦300 million to over ₦6 billion and delivering tangible projects accross Abere, Lagos, Abuja, and Osogbo for the state’s prosperity. AMBO restored confidence in what public-sector excellence could look like.

“At NIWA, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu entrusted our own AMBO with another strategic assignment, and once again, he delivered wonderfully beyond expectation as he modernized operations, expanded safety mechanism, introduced the pioneering Waterways Transportation Code, (WTC), improved staff welfare, and reduced waterway accidents by 30% in his first year and 72% in his second year, proving yet again that leadership is not about titles, but impact.
