Osun NUJ Correspondents’ Chapel Chairman Loses Father
The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Correspondents’ Chapel, Osun State, Shina Abubakar, has announced the passing of his father Alhaji Musa Olohunlogaju.
The respected elder passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Mr. Abubakar made the announcement on his verified Facebook account, expressing deep sorrow over the loss. “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Today, we lost our patriarch, Alhaji Musa Olohunlogaju. May Allah’s rahma dwell with him as he journeys on. Amin,” he wrote.
According to the family, the Janaza (funeral prayer) will hold on Thursday, November 20, 2025, immediately after Solatul Asri, between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., behind Bovas Filling Station, Oke Ayepe.
Condolences have continued to pour in from colleagues, community leaders, and associates, who described the late Alhaji Olohunlogaju as a humble, devout, and widely respected figure.
