Ojuade Farms Hosts 2025 End-of-Year Party to Celebrate Customers, Workers Rapid Growth

The management of Ojuade Farms was on Friday, celebrated End-of-Year 2025 for customers and staff. This is part of efforts to celebrate and appreciate customers and workers for their unwavering support and commitment to the company since January.

The Manager of the company, Mrs Oyebamiji Bukola, described the celebration as another milestone in the life of company, saying the farms has contributed to economic growth of Ile-Ife and Osun State. He noted that the company has made significant impact on customers.

According to her, the event is designed to thank customers for their continued patronage and loyalty, as well as to recognize the dedication and hard work of staff members who have contributed to the company’s steady growth.

“Ojuade Farms began operations in January 2023 with just 1,000 broilers. But today, the farm has expanded its capacity of Broilers to 20,000 while birds layers 40,000. The company also produces poultry feed, which is used to feed its birds and sold to customers and other farmers. In addition, Ojuade Farms operates Classic Royale Water, supplying clean drinking water to customers”.

She said the company has made significant contributions to the economy of Ile-Ife and its environs, particularly in Osun State. Many customers have been empowered to become self-reliant and economically independent through their partnership with the farm. Ojuade Farms has also contributed to the state’s GDP and enhanced market productivity.

Speaking on the company’s growth, the manager disclosed that Ojuade Farms currently serves over 200 customers, expressing optimism that this number will rise to 400 by 2026. “The company is growing steadily and rapidly. We are developing every day,” she said.

The farm has also made a notable impact on employment, currently engaging about 70 workers. Management maintains a strong, worker-friendly relationship, prioritizing staff welfare and creating a conducive work environment that continues to drive the company’s success.

On market dynamics, the manager noted that there is no intense competition, as the farm produces sufficient eggs to meet customer demand. “Even with our level of production, many customers still want more,” she added.

She urged Hon. Ojuade not to relent in his efforts to take the company to greater heights, encouraging him to continue pursuing his vision of contributing meaningfully to the economy of Ile-Ife and Osun State. She also appealed to customers to remain loyal and continue patronizing the company.

One of the customers, Elder Olayiwola Sinaayo, commended the management for their responsiveness and openness. “They always listen to our complaints. We are satisfied with their operations, products, and customer relations,” he said.

Mrs. Fagbolagun Janet, described Ojuade Farms as exceptional, noting that no other farm in Ile-Ife compares with it. She praised the company’s care for both customers and workers, adding that management listens to advice and applies it effectively. She urged the company to sustain its standards and avoid unnecessary price increases.

Another customer, Mrs. Olalere Aishat, said Ojuade Farms has greatly supported her egg business since she started. “They supply adequate eggs and never disappoint us. They respect customers and maintain good human relations,” she stated, adding that the company has helped stabilize the egg market and reduce scarcity in Ile-Ife and surrounding areas.

From the workers’ perspective, Mr. Paul James expressed satisfaction with the company’s welfare system. He noted that there is a cordial relationship between workers and management, a serene working environment, timely salary reviews, and adequate provision of work materials. He, however, appealed to the management to consider providing medical facilities and equipment to safeguard workers against occupational hazards.

Therefore, Ojuade Farms continues to stand out as a growing agribusiness, making meaningful contributions to economic development, employment, and market stability in Ile-Ife and beyond.
