Olubadan Emerges Chairman Of Oyo State Council Of Obas
The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja has been announced as the New Chairman of Oyo State Council of Obas by Governor Seyi Makinde.
The Governor made the pronouncement at a brief event held at House of Chiefs, Agodi, Ibadan .
The Governor says the chairmanship will be rotational between the trio of Olubadan, Alaafin of Oyo and Soun of Ogbomoso-land with a period of two years each .
Meanwhile, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade was absent at the event.
