‎Sen. Oyewumi Commissions Isoko Town Hall, Ganko Transformer in Ejigbo

…Reaffirms commitment to good governance, rallies support for Governor Ademola Adeleke’s second term

‎The Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Distinguished Senator Lere Kamorudeen Oyewumi, alongside his wife, Erelu Omolara Oyewumi, has commissioned the reconstructed Isoko Town Hall and a newly installed transformer at Ganko Community, Ejigbo, and also held a stakeholders’ meeting in Ejigbo Local Government Area of Osun State.

‎The well-attended event further reaffirmed Senator Oyewumi’s unwavering commitment to good governance, grassroots development, and people-centered leadership, while also strengthening support for the second term bid of the performing Governor of Osun State, Asiwaju Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke (Imole).

‎Speaking at the occasion, His Royal Majesty, Oba Usman Oyetunji Oladele Onimosunmola II, Ilufemiloba I, the Olaasoko of Isoko Land, expressed profound appreciation to Senator Oyewumi, fondly called Omo Apesin of Ikire, for responding positively to the needs of the people.

The revered monarch noted that the community requested critical infrastructure, and the Senator delivered without hesitation, “this is wonderful and good omen towards the betterment of all and sundry in this environment”.

‎In his remarks, Senator Lere Kamorudeen Oyewumi thanked the good people of Isoko, Ganko Community, and Ejigbo at large for their continuous support for the people-oriented administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

He also appreciated the traditional institution, particularly HRM Oba Onimosunmola II, for their leadership and cooperation, while assuring the people of Ejigbo of more dividends of democracy and sustained development projects across the local government and Osun West at large.

“I admonish you all to continue to demonstrate your unalloyed support, don’t be distracted please as dividends of democracy will not stop coming to your doorstep by God’s Grace”, Senator Oyewumi stressed.

‎The Osun West Senatorial Chairman, Hon Adesoye Oyetunde, commended the people of Ejigbo for their steadfast support for the government of Governor Ademola Adeleke (Imole) and for standing solidly with Senator Oyewumi, describing both leaders as true servants of the people.

‎Also speaking, the Commissioner for Lands, Hon. George Alabi, praised Senator Oyewumi as a people’s senator who consistently keeps Ejigbo and Osun West in his heart, acknowledging his numerous developmental interventions and commitment to inclusive governance.

‎The event also underscored the synergy between effective representation at the federal level and purposeful leadership at the state level, as Ejigbo continues to benefit from responsive governance under Governor Ademola Adeleke and Senator Lere Kamorudeen Oyewumi.
