Oyo 2027: Speaker Ogundoyin Meets Ibadan PDP Leaders, Seeks Support for OMITUNTUN 3.0” agenda

The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has intensified political consultations ahead of future engagements, meeting with leaders and stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) across Ibadan.

In a statement shared via his verified X handle, Ogundoyin described Ibadan as central to the political dynamics of Oyo State, noting that his engagement with party leaders across the five local government areas in the city was both productive and encouraging.

The consultation covered Ibadan North, Ibadan North-East, Ibadan North-West, Ibadan South-East, and Ibadan South-West, where the Speaker said he engaged stakeholders on his vision for the state under the proposed “IGBEGA OYO OMITUNTUN 3.0” agenda.

According to him, the visit was driven by a clear objective to listen to party leaders, share his development blueprint, and seek their support in shaping the future of Oyo State.

Ogundoyin commended the leaders for their experience, insight, and commitment, noting that their contributions reaffirm the strength, unity, and forward-looking posture of the PDP in the state.

The Speaker emphasized that his ambition is rooted in service and continuity, stressing the need to build on the achievements of Governor Seyi Makinde.

He expressed optimism that with collective effort, the state could consolidate existing gains, strengthen institutions, and deliver more impactful development across Oyo State.
