Others are State of Osun Violence Against Persons Prohibition bill 2021, Osun State independent Electoral Commission bill 2022, State of Osun Anti kidnapping and other related crime bill 2022, and Osun State Examination Board Establishment bill 2022.

The statement added that the Speaker in the area of Human Capital Development had appointed of indigenous political Aides, placements of candidates into Nigeria Police Force and NSCDC and the placement of qualified candidates into the state civil service.

In the area of capital projects, the speaker provided electricity transformer at Oke-Aanu, Bolorunduro, Odi-olowo, Ilerin, Ila-Olomo, Oke-Aga communities and the repair of transformer and electrification projects in Fasoro/Yidi community.

Owoeye also gave out 20 million Naira grants to small businesses within Ilesa East State Constituency, facilitation of 50 million Naira Covid-19 grant to 100 individuals and 5 million Naira grant to market women within Ilesa East State
