Representative Bamidele Salam, the lawmaker representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo federal constituency of Osun state at the National Assembly, has extended his heartfelt condolences following the death of Oba (Alh.) Olayinka Gbolagade Tiamiyu II JP Olojo, the esteemed monarch of Ojo.

In a statement signed by Reps’s SSA on Media, Joshua Afolabi.

The revered Oba, who passed away recently, was a distinguished leader whose reign brought unity, peace, and development to the Ojo community.

His leadership was characterized by wisdom, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to the welfare of his people.

His passing is a profound loss not only to the Ojo community but to Osun State as a whole.

In his condolence message, Rep. Salam described the late Oba as a monarch of great stature and character, whose legacy of service and dedication to his people will never be forgotten.

He also expressed his solidarity with the family of the late Oba and the people of Ojo during this difficult time.

“Oba Olayinka Gbolagade Tiamiyu II was a father, a guide, and a pillar of strength to his people.

“His reign brought peace and prosperity, and his wisdom will be dearly missed.

“On behalf of the people of Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Ojo community,” he said.

He prayed that Almighty Allah grants the soul of Kabiyesi Al-Janah Firdaous and provide comfort to his family and the people of Ojo.

The late Oba’s passing has left a significant void in the Ojo Kingdom, but his legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
