In a poignant inaugural address, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi assumed the esteemed mantle of Ajemba of Ijemba Ijesha, expressing profound gratitude to his family and supporters whose steadfast encouragement paved the path to this historic moment.

Embracing his newfound role, Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi paid tribute to the pivotal role of his family members, particularly acknowledging the guidance and generosity of Prince Adewale Adesanya, whom he hailed as the cornerstone of their lineage.

He also extended heartfelt appreciation to Yeye Oba Moradehun Adenike (Adewale), Princess Aderike Sola Dare Adewale, and Prince Pastor Adewale Chris Adejimi for their unwavering support and sage counsel.

Of notable mention were Prince and Princess Adewale Frances Alaba, whose significant contributions were hailed as instrumental in his ascension to the prestigious position of Ajemba of Ijemba Ijesha.

Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi also expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of Pastor Adeboye Williams and Mrs. Adeboye Williams Adewale, whom he described as pillars of strength both spiritually and financially. Special recognition was reserved for Princess Enitan Adewale, portrayed as a symbol of strength and dedication in his journey.

Furthermore, Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi thanked his elder brother, Prince Adewale Adeseun Adedayo, and his brothers Taiwo and Kehinde, highlighting the enduring strength of familial bonds. The contributions of his sister, Adewale Adeola Aya Ajifilokun, and all his in-laws were also acknowledged with gratitude.

As he assumes the mantle of Ajemba of Ijemba Ijesha, Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi pledged to represent the Baba Ajemba and Longe Adewale family with utmost reverence for tradition. He vowed to uphold unity within the family branches and to perpetuate the esteemed legacy of his predecessors.

The inauguration ceremony served as a poignant testament to the enduring resilience of familial ties, with Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi poised to lead with dignity and honor, carrying forward the noble legacy of Daddy (Alowolodu I).
