A Chairmanship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress APC in Osogbo West Local Council Development Authority of Osun State, Princess Kareem Aminat Atobatele has distributed food items and facemasks to residents of Osogbo to cushion the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking, Atobatele said the gesture is a necessary step to support the present government under the leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola at this perilious times.

The distribution of the palliatives took the frontline aspirant to women and commercial motorcyclists in
Baruwa, GTBank, Ladsol, GOF, Total and NECO junctions on the Ogo-Oluwa stretch of the Gbongan-Ibadan road in Osogbo.

Atobatele urged the Union of the Okada riders to continue their support for APC to enjoy the continuity of good governance which the present government is committed to.

She contended that Governor Oyetola is a leader per excellence who listens to the masses drumming support for his re-election in 2022.

Speaking on the Oyetola 4+4 campaign led by Atobatele to the market women and union of Okada riders, some residents in the area reiterated their support for the incumbent and the All Progressive Congress at all levels.

According to the chairman of the Okada riders at Gof Junction, Ibrahim Adeshina,he urged the government to reconstruct the road linking Gof with Onward area for the benefit of the residents.

He lamented the bad condition of the road which he said affected the result of the APC during the 2018 election.
