All Progressive Congress Party (APC), Osun chapter has suspended Barrister Kolapo Alimi Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Alimi, who was a former commissioner for Local Government and Chieftancy Affairs under the immediate past Governor of the state, now the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola.
This was contained in a letter jointly signed on Friday by executives of the party in his ward, Ward 9, Elerin ‘C’, Erin Osun in Irepodun South LCDA, Osun state, led by Alhaji Adebayo Tajudeen.
Alimi According to the letter obtained by thesource, he was suspended for anti party activities.
It was gathered that the Igbimo Agba Osun APC, a caucus within the party in the state had suspended a former chairman of the party, Elder ‘Lowo Adebiyi from the group for this involvement in the create of The Osun Progressives, within the party, stating that its am aberration.
