President Muhammadu Buhari has conferred Commander of the Order of Niger on Olowu of Owu Kuta Oba Abdulhameed Oyelude Makama Tegbosun III.
Buhari, who approved the award of National Honours to Nigerians and friends of Nigeria in various categories.
This was contained in a circular published by the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs on Sunday.
Olowu of Owu Kuta in Osun State make the list of the Commander of the Order of Niger (CON).
The monarch made number 35 on the list of the recipients of the award.
Buhari recently conferred national honours on the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, and the Vice-President-elect, Kashim Shettima.
Tinubu was conferred with the Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (GCFR) while Shettima was honoured with the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON).
