The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has accused some officials in the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government of being responsible for terrorism in Nigeria.

Primate Ayodele said officials who are against the Buhari’s government from succeeding are behind terrorism in Nigeria.

The clergyman claimed these officials are pretending because they are determined to put the government in bondage.

In a statement by his Media Office, the clergyman also pointed out that the Department of State Services, DSS, operatives need to move closer to God, stressing that the attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA, was a shame on them.

He also blamed the security state of the country on the obstinacy of the Service Chiefs to reverence God and seek his face in all their doings.

He explained that they need to move closer to God and listen to warnings instead of seeing prophets as enemies of the present administration.

According to Primate Ayodele: “DSS needs to move closer to God; the attack on NDA is a big shame to our security system. We have been warning them, but they don’t take prophecies seriously. Nobody should say a prophecy is doom, prophecies are meant to warn, but if you don’t heed to these warnings, do you blame the vessel of God when the warnings come to reality?

“It’s in our annual book of prophecy, ‘Warnings To The Nations’, that an attack like this will happen, but did they listen? I usually send the book to them personally, but I withdrew when I saw they don’t want to hear about God. Until the security system honour and respect God, it will be difficult to overcome terrorism.

“I still maintain that there are people in this government who don’t want the success of the administration; they are involved in terrorism but pretend because they want to put the government in bondage.

“Prophets are part of national builders in a spiritual way. When you call a prophecy doom, you are building up negative energy that will definitely be discharged. The security operatives see prophets who warn them as an enemy of the administration, and as far as they continue like this, it won’t get better for Nigeria.”
