An Osun State Magistrate court sitting in Osogbo the state capital, on Monday, ordered the remand of a 35-year-old man, Lukuman Monsuru for allegedly parking at unauthorized space.
Police prosecutor, Inspector Akintunde Jacob told the court that the accused person committed the offence on September 29,2020 at about 4:45pm at Dada estate area, Osogbo.
Inspector Jacob said that the accused person drove one Coaster Bus with Registration Number YA 635 EPE on the public highway without Road Worthiness.
The prosecutor further told the court that Lukman drove the vehicle which caused obstruction by parking at an unauthorized place.
He said the offence committed by the accused person is contrary and punishable under section 146,18 Cap 146 Vol ll Law of Osun State 2002 and section 155 Amendment of RTA of Nigeria 2015
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the allegation preferred against him

In his ruling, Magistrate Modupe Awodele ordered the remand of the accused person in Ilesa correctional centre and adjourned the case till October 8,2020.
