The Employers Association for Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria (EAPEAN) has extended warm greetings to Nigerians as the nation steps into the new year, promising improved services to its members and clients.
In a statement signed by EAPEAN’s President, Dr. Femi Ogunlowo, the association reaffirmed its commitment to serving as the voice of the outsourcing sector in Nigeria.
Dr. Ogunlowo expressed gratitude for the opportunities of 2024 and optimism for 2025, highlighting the significant contributions of the outsourcing industry to Nigeria’s economy despite global economic downturns.
He emphasized that outsourcing remains the future of work, with the industry continuing to grow in Nigeria.
EAPEAN assured clients of improved services from its members in 2025, attributing this to the association’s ongoing efforts to enhance membership services and client relationships. Dr. Ogunlowo noted that 2024 saw considerable improvements in the association and the industry, and he is confident that 2025 will be even better.
The President urged the Federal Government to foster a conducive business environment, acknowledging that EAPEAN members will continue to support the government’s initiatives to create employment opportunities for Nigerians.
He wished all members a prosperous and fulfilling year in 2025.
As the umbrella organization for licensed recruiters in Nigeria, EAPEAN facilitates interactions between Private Employment Agencies, the government, labour communities, and other institutions to promote ethical practices and International Labour Organisation (ILO) standards in recruitment and manpower management.
