The management of Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, has congratulated the former staff of the Polytechnic, Dr. Dayo Sobowale, over his new appointment as the Senior Special Adviser to the Vice-chancellor, Federal University, Oye-ekiti.
Recall that Sobowale, a former Principal Lecturer at the Polytechnic, in the Department of Computer Engineering transfered his service to the university last year.
In a press statement signed by the Protocol, Media and Public Relations Officer of the institution, Sola Lawal, Sobowale was described as an impeccable personality worthy of emulation.
The statement further described Sobowale as a good ambassador of the Polytechnic, with remarkable feats.
“On behalf of the Rector, Dr John Adekolawole, we heartily felicitate with one of our own, Dr. Dayo Sobowale, on his new appointment at the University of Oye-ekiti.
“Indeed, his educational background as a Lawyer, ICT expert and motivational speaker is enviable and worthy of emulation for the coming generation.
“We hereby wish him success in his new assignment”, the statement read in part.
