Ekiti Varsity: Osun Students Appeal For Building Materials To Complete  Secretariat

The National Association Osun State Students (NAOSS), College of Education Ikere Ekiti Now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology have appealed to the general populace for financial support and building materials to complete their Secretariat.

The Osun indigenous students, who are schooling in Ikere Ekiti are seeking for 1,500 blocks and 60 bags of cement following land allocated to the association by the school management.

In a statement signed by the chapter President, Comr. Abolayo Mujeeb Akinola, said they are been under the Sun and rain to have their chapter weekly meeting.

Akinola expressed dishearten over been neglected the chapter for years ago, saying their facing different challenges on campus.

According to him, “College of the Education Ikere Ekiti Now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology have been in existence since. But, Osun State Students have been long forgotten by our Dear Fathers and Mothers at home.

“We still have the Love of our Dear State in minds.

“Yes, we have an Association in which we gather together once a week but, always doing our meetings under the tree with our friends (hot sun and rain) also with us every time.

” I’m using this Medium to beg our Parents at home to come to our aid.

“The School authority has given us a portion of land to build our meeting place like our counterpart neighbors (Ekiti and Ondo) have done so.

“We need 1,500 blocks and 60 bags of Cement. We are not impose anything on anybody, even 50 blocks or 2 bags of Cement is something and if we can get the Materials will be happy.

“It was so and frustrating on how suffered that we always pass through to meet each other.

“Please come to our rescue our Parents at home we are appealing and begging.”
