Chelsea manager, Graham Potter has said Raheem Sterling is “as good as you can be” after his home was burgled while he was at the 2022 World Cup.
Sterling flew back to the UK from Qatar to be with his family and missed England’s win over Senegal.
However, he rejoined the Three Lions squad ahead of the semi-final defeat to France.
Sterling is expected to feature for Chelsea when they take on Bournemouth on Tuesday.
“He is good — as good as you can be.
“There is nothing we can do now other than make sure he is as secure as possible.
“He was positive about it but he has come back focused on the game and knowing we can all do a little bit better,” Potter said.
