Former American footballer, Taylor Twellman, has said Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola could be on his way to the Major League Soccer (MLS) in the future.
Guardiola led City to their first ever European trophy on Saturday, beating Inter Milan 1-0 in the Champions League final.
The Etihad club completed the Treble this season, having won the Premier League and FA Cup.
There are reports that Guardiola will not sign a new contract with City and leave when his current deal expires in 2027.
Twellman feels New York City FC could be his next potential destination.
“Would it surprise anyone when NYCFC open their new stadium…..Pep is their manager?! Not me,” Twellman tweeted.
