Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has reportedly been assured by the Glazer family that Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana will move to Old Trafford.
Ten Hag is keen to sign a new goalkeeper after David de Gea’s contract expired on Friday.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Glazers, after approving a £120 million budget for this summer, have promised Ten Hag that Onana will arrive at the Premier League club.
Serie A giants Inter Milan, under huge pressure to sell in order to raise funds to strengthen their squad this summer, are demanding £51 million for the Cameroon international.
In the meantime, Man United will resume talks with De Gea after giving the Spaniard time to celebrate his wedding.
