It attracted sympathisers and passersby who rushed him to the State University Teaching Hospital, Umunna Orlu for urgent medical attention.
The Nation learnt workers at the hospital did not attend to him on time, forcing people to take him to another hospital.
It was gathered he died on the way to the second hospital due to excessive bleeding.
Imo Chairman of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Barr. Jude Ogamba told The Nation that only the Orlu NBA chairmàn, Munonye Barnabas could offer details of the incident.
