Harry Styles’ new girlfriend Taylor Russell has discussed her thoughts on relationships, saying you have to accept ‘you are going to be hurt’.
The actress, 29, who was recently spotted packing on the PDA with the A-list hitmaker, has graced the new issue of The Face magazine.
In her interview, Taylor said: ‘You are going to be hurt – that’s the tax. The tax on a real relationship is the reality that you will get hurt, you will [have] grief, something will be lost at some point and that’s OK. It’s worth it.’
The theatre star also revealed she often struggles with opening up, saying she needs to be ‘pulled’ in order to confide in someone.
However, she added: ‘I wanna be 60, 70, 80 doing shrooms and molly. Like, on an island doing shrooms and molly, naked, running around, drinking piña coladas.’
It comes after Harry had secretly attended the press night of the actress’ new play The Effect at the National Theatre.
The duo certainly did nothing to deter dating rumours as pictures showed the pair could barely keep their eyes off each other, with Bones And All star Taylor placing an affectionate hand on Harry’s shoulder.
Harry appeared enamored by the beauty as he leaned in close and spoke in her ear, seemingly not noticing anyone else around him.
He introduced Taylor to pal James Corden and his wife Julia Carey, who were also in attendance.
Their cosy outing comes a month after they further fueled relationship speculation as she attended the singer’s Love On Tour concert in Vienna.
The As It Was hitmaker, who was shockingly hit in the eye by a flying object on stage also during the night, first sparked rumours with the Bones And All actress when they were spotted out in London together in June.

In photos obtained by TMZ, the Canadian-born star could be seen situated in a special VIP tent section at the concert alongside a crew member who had a variety of technical items in front of him.
She reportedly was seen dancing the night away to the former One Direction singer’s hit tracks for the ‘entirety’ of the show and donned a chic, sleeveless white dress for the outing.
According to the outlet, Taylor was spotted out in Vienna before the concert on Saturday wearing the same white dress while standing next to a man who appeared to possibly be Styles in a viral Twitter photo.
Following this, a short video shared by Pop Crave on Twitter showed the two stars enjoying an outing together in Vienna the day after the concert.
In June, the singer and actress were spotted together for the first time as they exited a museum in London, and at one point, also reportedly held hands, per TMZ. The stars, however, have yet to publicly comment on the romance rumours.
When the two stars first crossed paths is still unclear, but both Harry and Taylor attended the 79th Venice International Film Festival last year in September 2022.
Styles notably was promoting Don’t Worry Darling, while Taylor celebrated the premiere of Bones And All.
The Grammy winner previously dated Olivia Wilde from January 2021 until their split the following year in November 2022.
However, most recently, the Don’t Worry Darling actor was briefly linked to supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, when the two were seen passionately kissing on the streets of Tokyo in a video exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com in March.
The following month, the model herself publicly addressed the viral kiss and told The Los Angeles Times in April that, ‘I’m definitely still not thinking about guys.’
‘There’s a million insane, inaccurate things about my relationships [that are said],’ she expressed, and then added, ‘Although, yeah. You know, sometimes things just happen.’
In the past, Styles also dated French-American model, Camilla Rowe from 2017 until 2018, and also dated Taylor Swift over 10 years ago in 2012.
In regards to Harry’s possible new beau, Taylor is a budding actress who most recently starred in the 2022 film titled, Bones And All, alongside Timothee Chalamet.
She received critical acclaim for her performance, and a received the nomination for Best Lead Performance at the Independent Spirit Awards.
Taylor, who was born in the community of Deep Cove in Vancouver, also stepped behind the camera to direct a documentary with Samantha Leaf called The Heart Still Hums.
The premise follows, ‘five women as they fight for their children through the cycle of homelessness, drug addictions and neglect from their own parents,’ per IMDB.
The project won a variety of awards, including Best Documentary Short at the Palm Springs International ShortFest.
Along with Taylor Russell supporting Harry on Saturday, the Vienna concert turned out to be quite eventful. The Watermelon Sugar hitmaker was shockingly hit in the face by a flying object while he was on stage.
The star, who was struck by flowers when performing last month in June, was strolling on stage during the concert when the incident took place — which was caught on camera in a viral Twitter clip shared by Pop Crave.
Unfortunately, such occurrences seem to be taking place more frequently, with stars such as Bebe Rexha and Ava Max experiencing similar situations in recent weeks.
In the 10-second video, the former One Direction member was walking along the stage when suddenly a small object flew into frame and seemingly landed near his left eye.
Styles immediately winced and threw a hand to his face. Clearly feeling pain, Harry then bent over for a few seconds before standing upright and continuing to make his way down the stage, while still applying his hand to his face.
