A motorcyclist in Ikoromaja community, Atakumosa East Local Government Area of Osun State, Mr Folohunso Ilori has been alleged of threatening to kill his ex-wife, Kikelomo Ilori after chasing her from his house and seized properties worth N1.5 million.
TheSource gathered that (Kikelomo), a mother of six earlier had three kids from her former husband and later had a relationship with Mr Ilori that resulted in another three children.
Kikelomo, who hails from Iwaraja in the same local government stated that she moved out of her husband’s house with the six kids after a misunderstanding.
She however lamented how unsuccessful efforts to retrieve her belongings from Mr Ilori has been.
TheSource further gathered that her husband after sending her packing also threatened to kill her if she returns to Ikoromaja.
Findings revealed that the woman has been unable to access businesses and properties including palm oil machine, palm kernel, plots of land, farmland among others worth over 2 million naira situated at Ikoromaja community which she acquired in her name.
The husband, Mr Ilori according to investigations was arrested on the 8th of June 2020 by men of the Nigeria Police Ilesa area command Ayeso, over unlawful possession of properties belonging to Kikelomo but was later released without the consent of Kikelomo.
It was also learnt that intervention of the community’s monarch to broker peace between the couple proved abortive.
Speaking with newsmen, Mrs Kikelomo Ilori sought the intervention of the authorities and well meaning Nigerians in assisting her to retrieve her properties from Mr Ilori.
