Ife Federal Constituency: Nike Omoworare In Early Leads In APC Primary

Rt Hon Nike Omoworare, a former Deputy Speaker of the first Osun State House of Assembly and the first Deputy Speaker of Nigeria who is seeking to represent Ife Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives has been reported leading other aspirants.

The former Director General of Osun State Liaison Office, Abuja is said to have surpassed 6 other male Aspirants including the Chairman of Ife Central Local Government, Hon Olayera Elugbaju who is the runner up as the results stands.

According to the results from some of the wards in local Government, Omoworare is in the early lead.

The available results indicate that Hon Nike Omoworare pooled 317 votes while Yera Elugbaju pooled 65 votes at Iremo Ward 3 voting centre located St Peters Primary School Odo-Ogbe, Ile-Ife, which happened to be the ward of Senator Babajide Omoworare, Hon. Nike Omoworare and Hon. Yera Elugbaju the Ife Central Local Government Chairman.

Other Aspirants like Engr Benjamin Adereti 02 votes , Engr Marcus Adedini 00 votes, Barr Yemi Adetise 06 votes, Hon. Rotimi Makinde 03 votes while Mr Ibiyemi pooled 01 vote.
