A United States based organisation, ‘Amazon Unite International’, on Tuesday disclosed that it has put machineries in motion to organize a well package summit for youths, adults, professionals, entrepreneurs small, medium and large scale business owners who wants to expand their business, looking for foreign markets and partnership and recent graduates determined to make a mark in their careers and businesses.

A statement issued by the President of the organization, Apostle Dr. Stella Alhassan and made available to THE SOURCE said the Summit will hold between 4th-6th April, 2022 at JW. Marriott Hotels, Houston, Texas USA while the Summit fee is pegged at non refundable $500 (Five Hundred Dollars) for each participants considering the current situation of the World.

According to her, the theme of the Summit is “PRIORITISING HUMAN DEVELOPMENTS THROUGH BUSINESS REPOSITIONING FOR A NEW GLOBAL ECONOMY ORDER”.

The statement reads, “this Summit will address how to improve the business relationship that exists between Nigeria and the United States, both country can boast of huge market networks and human capital diversity which are great tools for economic developments. It will also analyse the big issues relating to challenges militating against the utilisation of bountiful opportunities available to both countries with view of finding solutions to them.

“The Summit will feature talks and panel discussions which will focus on technology, real estate investment, digital technology, quality management, creative industries, financing SMEs, construction, mentorship, capacity building and women’s leadership and end with a private speed-networking session between investors and entrepreneurs organized by Amazon Unite International.

“The Summit will discuss and proffer lasting solutions to the emerging and relevant bottlenecks around doing business in United States, Nigeria & Africa and connect to investment opportunities across the two countries that enjoys a very robust bilateral relationship all in the context of a challenging global economic outlook.

“The Youths, Women & Business Development Summit will be a platform for attendees to hear directly from US and Nigerian companies about the opportunities and challenges of investing in and doing business across both countries. Firms will also learn more about the United States trade arrangements with Nigeria & Africa and all supports, considerations and incentives available from Government to business and investors in both countries.

“Speakers and Panel Discussants have been carefully selected across both countries to achieve the aims of the Summit in the final analysis. Among them are, Mr. Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, Distinguished Congresswoman; Sheila Jackson Lee, Dr. Frank Decaro, Chairman, USA Africa Chambers of Commerce, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola, Wife of Osun State Governor, Nigeria, Sir Joe Madu; President West Africa – USA Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Mr. Shuaib Haruna, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment, Nigeria, Dr. Sylvester Okere, Chief Executive Officer, SGU Group, Washington DC among others.
