The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has filed charges against suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari.
Kyari alongside six others were charged with drug trafficking.
The other Defendants are members of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Inspector-General of Police, ACP Sunday J. Ubia, ASP Bawa James, Insp. Simon Agirigba and Insp. John Nuhu.
Others are the suspected drug traffickers that were arrested at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu, Chibunna Patrick Umeibe and Emeka Alphonsus Ezenwanne.
