Professor Adekunle Lawal Oloki, An erstwhile husband of one of the wives of Ataoja of Osogbo, Olori Adedoyin Oyetunji, and an educationist per excellence professor Adekunle Lawal Oloki has pursued the case to gain custody of his daughter Adeola Oloki saying that he could not afford his blood outside his roof.

The higly respected professor said that Olori Adedoyin one of the wives of the Ataoja of Osogbo gave birth to Adeola Oloki with every evidence that he professor Adekunle Lawal Oloki is the biological father of the promising child.

Shortly after Wednesday the continuation of hearing of the suit at Osun State district customary court, Erin-Osun, professor Oloki explained that he is ever ready to give his daughter the best of fatherly care which should not be denied by anybody no matter the status or position of authority such person might have attained

Professor Oloki said he has not been comfortable with the custody of his daughter not granted, stating that the future of the child is very paramount at to him as a man who values qualitative education and knows the rudiments to attain such

He said, “I have tried all my possible best to reach to people to help talk to the Ataoja and Olori Kafayat Adedoyin to let me have access to my child but all to no avail.

Failure of my gentleman approach led to the court action I instituted to seek redress.

My love for my daughter led to my flying in from the United States of America to attend this hearing , but surprisingly they said the presence of my security details cannot allow them continue the hearing.

I am surprised that they want the case transferred to Osogbo, this I am against with the last blood iny vien .

Professor Oloki called on Osogbo elders and Ataoja-in-Council, Osun State government and other well-meaning Nigerians to appeal to the Ataoja of Osogbo and his olori ,Kafayat Adedoyin to release the custody of his daughter to him.

He added that, he will soon petition toOsun State Governor, the Osun State House of Assembly and the Inspector General of Police to help intervene in this case.

In the meantime the court has adjourned the case to June 21, 2023 as the defence counsel said they cannot continue with the case, as a result of presence of heavy security and court congestion.
