The statement read, “There is no better time for you to be divinely lifted above your companions to lead the Nigerian Military in improving the much desired peace and security.

“It is in this thickest darkness that your brightest light will shine forth. We heartily congratulate you on your recent appointment and confirmation as the distinguished Chief of Defence Staff of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“Your past records have proven that you are truly seasoned and indeed the very best. We also thank President Muhammadu Buhari for recognizing merit by identifying you as the fitting solution. Leadership has entrusted upon your shoulders the opportunity to confront the challenges of a new era of military efficiency with distinctions.

“The Oluku Ndokwa Envoys Initiative (aka ‘ONE’, also an acronym for Organized Ndokwa Effort) is a forefront organization of a team of Ndokwa imagineer promoting the interest of Ndokwa nationality, especially at Abuja. We know your long standing relationship with the Ukwuani (Ndokwa) people, and you fluently speak our tongue. Historians say the culture of a people is embedded in their language, being a means of their identification. In this way, you identify with us.

“It is in this regards, that we seek to commemorate your special affinity with our people and ethnic nation, beyond your native community. ONE is not a platform for seeking personal favours but to support you with winning ideas & suggestions.”
