As the people’s governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke campaigns round the State, asking Osun residents to vote for all PDP candidates on Saturday, February, 25, 2023, it’s important we let people be aware why they should cast their votes for PDP.

Recall, the APC in the state claims that the last gubernatorial election in Osun was rigged in favour of Ademola Adeleke. Though, I’m aware that people did not buy into this lies and propaganda. They claim that they are still popular. You will want to ask yourself, where is the popularity?

In less than three (3) months that Governor Adeleke took over, Osun has been witnessing a lot of turnaround. What the APC thought was not possible, by virtue of his readiness and commitment to lifting Osun State up, it is becoming a reality today.

The Osogbo-Ikirun-Ila odo road construction that was abandoned by Oyetola’s administration, the incumbent government has mobilised contractor back to the site, as we speak work is ongoing.

The salary arrears owed Osun workers by APC administrations, the incumbent government has started paying it in tranches. Economy has started booming in the state because the channel at which money gets into the state economy, which is civil servants, are receiving government attention.

As we speak drilling of boreholes across all the 332 wards in Osun are ongoing; rehabilitation of primary health centres across the state is ongoing; installation of transformers across the state is also ongoing. All these projects will be commissioned to mark 100 days in office of Governor Adeleke.

The current Osun State House of Assembly is densely populated by APC lawmakers, hence it may be impossible to submit any bill for consideration because most of the APC lawmakers are still finding it difficult to agree to the reality that PDP has taken over the leadership of the state.

If the goodies started by the current administration in the state must continue, PDP must have her representatives in all positions – Senate, House of Reps and State Assembly. This will make the working relationship to be smooth and cordial.

In other to validate that truly you voted Adeleke in the last governorship election in Osun, we must all come out en mass on Saturday to vote for all PDP candidates – Atiku Abubakar for President, Ajagunla Olubiyi Fadeyi for Osun Central Senatorial Candidate, Hon. Clement Akanni “Olohunwa” for Ila federal constituency and other PDP candidates in the three senatorial districts and federal constituencies.

Osun cannot afford allowing APC to rule the state again. Presently, the hardship being witnessed today through the monetary policy of APC-led federal government is enough to sack the administration of APC at the federal level just as Osun people sacked them in the state.
