..Says he is a beacon of light, rare Philanthropist
The Rector, Osun State Polytechnic Iree, Mr Kehinde Adeyemi Alabi, has felicitated the Osun-born business mogul, Dr Adedeji Adele on his prestigious award of the Vanguard Newspaper Man of the Year, describing him as a beacon of hope and rare philanthropist in Nigeria.
Alabi in a congratulatory message he personally signed said Dr. Adedeji Adeleke is an illustrious son of Osun, an entrepreneur of repute and uncommon philanthropist, whose unwavering contributions to Osun State and Nigeria are meritoriously appreciated.
The Rector noted that as an international enterprenurer and merchant of labour, the Chairman of the Pacific Holdings has graciously brought succour to many homes in the country by creating jobs and salvaging many Nigerians from abject poverty.
Mr Alabi posited that his contributions to educational development of the country is huge and exceptional, noting that the establishment of a University in Ede, Adeleke University, among many other industries where moral education takes maximum priority in their teachings added unquantifiable values to the development of education in Nigeria
According to him “Dr. Adedeji Adeleke is a beacon of hope, a factor in the present socio-political and entrepreneurship development in Osun State. He is the brain box of the light of liberty we are currently enjoying in the State of the Living Spring. On behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of Osun State Polytechnic Iree, I congratulate the man who God has used to uplift the State and deliver the State of the Living Spring from economic and political penury, there is no other person that the Vanguard meritorious cap fits than him,” Alabi stated.
