A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Osun State and former Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Adelani Baderinwa has assured residents of the state that uninterrupted and aggressive development under Governor Gboyega Oyetola will be experienced.

Baderinwa made this known in an interview with newsmen on Wednesday.

Speaking on the 29th anniversary of the creation of Osun, the ex-commissioner said the state is lucky to have had visionary leaders, like Chief Bisi Akande, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, who prioritized physical infrastructure and human capacity development which raised the status of Osun higher among her contemporaries.

He said the progressive class who governed the state distinct themselves from stomach infrastructure and lavish spending from the state resources, stressing that testimony of development achieved under their stewardship is visible across the length and breadth of the state.

While giving assessment on the level of the development of the state since her creation in 1991 Baderinwa said Osun would have been better than how it is now but unavoidable hiccups constrained the projections .

He, however, maintained that the current government under Governor Oyetola in the last two years has never derailed from the ideology of the progress party, displayed dedication, consolidated the good work of the ex-governors for continuity of the progressive governance to have its way.

He urged Osun residents to keep supporting the APC led government under Governor Oyetola by doing their civic duties and ensuring a rancor free society is sustained for development to strive.

He also prayed for sufficient wisdom for leadership of APC led administration of the state in order continue to paddle affairs of the state to an enviable height.
