The Celestial Church of Christ Parish 1, Ayetoro, Osogbo, Osun State capital has commissioned an Ultra-modern Medical Center for the 53rd Annual Adult Harvest Celebration of the Parish.
Also launched the Celestial Church of Christ Parish 2 which will commence the full service on the 8th of October this year.
Members of the Parish 1 commended the Evangelist, VSE Firmin Akinbode Adjovi as the head of the parish with remarkable records within the space of two years in the state.
Speaking, Evangelist, VSE Firmin Akinbode Adjovi returned all glory to the Almighty God for the opportunity to accomplish the projects during his stay in Osun State.
Akinbode Adjovi said, When I was transferred to Osun I prayed to accomplish some projects during my stay in Osun State and today we have achieved two out of the projects.
“God has helped us to build an Ultra-modern Medical Center for the the general populace because health is wealth and again God has supported us to purchase land for the second Parish of Ayetoro, Osogbo.
“We will continue with other projects. My advice for people of God is to let us work together and appreciate God in our lives.
He, however, urged the federal government to come out with programs that would cushion the effects of economic hardships in Nigeria.
He preached love among the Nigerians for the development of the country.
A medical practitioner and member of the parish , Brother Samuel Abolaji said that the Church has been recorded a lot of the achievements, both spiritual and physical.
Abolaji further said that the physical aspects of the achievement is the hospital and the purchase of land for second Parish which was initiated by
Evangelist Adjovi.
He commended him for the good initiative which will benefit of all residents of Osun.
According to him, “We’ve had a lot of achievements, both spiritually and physically and talking about the physical aspects that is the hospital we are seeing. Since the first came to this church he has been mentioning that there must be an hospital the church is old enough to have an hospital.
“Though, there were a lot of obstacles, a lot of distractions, but in the midst of that we thank God for where we are today.
