Commisioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince Adebayo Adeleke has congratulated the former National Interim Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande who is a former Governor of Osun on his 82th Birthday.
Adeleke said the life of Chief Akande is worthy of celebration going by his sacrifice in entrenching democracy, progressive politics and good governance.
Describing Akande as an elderstateman and father of progressivism, he said the former governor has over the years offered quality leadership that has affected many lives positively.
According to him, Chief Akande is a leader that has made many leaders and equipped them with skills needed to offer quality leadership.
Adeleke noted that the sacrifices that have been made by Chief Akande in the course of offering services to humanity can never be overemphasized and would continue to be appreciated across political divides

“Chief Bisi Akande, our own Baba Omo kekeke is a leader and father who has always been a pillar of support for governance and progressive politics.
“Baba is a good example of what a good leaders should be and I’m proud to be one of your sons who is following your path in progressive politics.
“I congratulate you Baba, celebrate you and wish you sound health to live the rest of live in sound health and offer leadership to younger ones”, Adeleke stressed.
