Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for Ede South Local Government Area of Osun state, Hon. Lukman Afolabi has casted his vote.
Afolabi voted at his polling Unit in Jagun-Jagun Ward 03, Unit 04, Ede of the council area.
Speaking to newsmen immediately he casted his vote, he urged all voters in Ede South to exercise their franchise in peaceful manner.
“As you can see, I have just casted my vote,there is no record of violence here in my ward” Afolabi said
He charged voters to shun all forms of violence and guide their voted ballot papers from snatchers who may want to cause trouble.
He also lauded the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, OSSIEC,for deploying its officials for the exercise.
