The founder of Kejebu foundation, Engr. Kehinde Raji, popularly known as Aaraj, has accused one of his former workers Tijani Kamoru ‘Otunba’ of blackmailing him to get political appointment from Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration.

Raji disclosed this over the weekend at that second Annual General Meeting of the Arsenal FC fans, Osun State, held in Osogbo state capital, promised to take legal action against his former worker.

He said that there several people who have worked with him and doing fine own their without defame or blackmail.

According to him, “On December 3, 2024, Otunba was on site working, and there were no issues. However, he disappeared from the site on the 4th and attended Teslim Igbalaye’s chieftaincy event. People started sending me pictures, but I wasn’t concerned since there are thousands of APC and PDP members in the state. Later, he stopped coming to work.

“We vacated the work site on December 24, 2024, and resumed on January 13. I instructed my staff to pay Otunba’s salary of N100,000 and a bonus of N50,000.

“On Monday someone just wake me up with some voice note with the voice of Otunba ‘Tijani Kamoru’ attempting to blackmail and defame me. It’s alleged that he was paid to do so and was given an appointment as a Special Assistant.

“I’ve engaged my lawyer to take appropriate action since my reputation is at stake. Otunba claims he will send me out of Osogbo and has been cyberbullying me.

I’m a legitimate individual with no secrets with anyone and I’ve never received a dime from public funds. In the last eight years, I haven’t received any contracts from Osun State ministries or political parties. The only project I executed in the state was recommended by former Governor Aregbesola, and my company, Araj, was the only one selected by the World Bank for the job.”
