The management of the Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, on Tuesday suspended the ongoing Daily Part Time programme
examination over the protest of the students.
The medium gathered that National Diploma ND2 students protested for denied some students who are yet to pay school fees to write the first semester examination.
It was gathered that the school authority has added N10,000 late payment on those who are not pay their school which was part of their protest.
The protesters in their went through all the examination hall to chase away those who have pay for school.
According to a release signed by Olayide Lawal who signed for school registrar, “Stoppage Of ND II Daily Part Time (DPT) First Semester Examination For 2020/2021 Academic Session”
“This is to inform all ND II DPT students that the ongoing 1” Semester Examination for 2020/2021 academic session is hereby suspended until further notice.
“I am also to inform you that new date for the continuation will be announced.” the release added
