The Speaker, State of Osun House of Assembly, RT. Hon. Timothy Owoeye has described the wife of the Former Governor of Osun and the founder of Sheri Care Foundation (SCARF) Alhaja Sherifat Aregbesola as a generous hearted woman who is a blessing to humanity.
The Speaker in a congratulatory message by his Chief Press Secretary, Kunle Alabi stated that Alhaja Aregbesola has shown with great sense of responsibility that a virtuous woman is a pillar to a successful man.
He held that the good feats achieved by the former governor and now the Minister for Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola will not have been possible without the cooperation of Alhaja Aregbesola.
Owoeye added that Alhaja Aregbesola has been a blessing to humanity through her foundation that is reputed for caring for the needy, especially widows and the less privileged in the society.
He said, “On this occasion of your birthday, I join you and your immediate families across the country and in the diaspora in celebrating the abundant grace of God in your life on the attainment of age 60.
“I am proud of your achievements and effort towards making our society a better place.
“Noteworthy is your Foundation (SCARF) which is focused on providing succor and assistance to the physically challenged, less privileged women and children in the country.
“On behalf of my family, my colleagues in the State of Osun House of Assembly, I pray that you celebrate more days in good health, abundance and many more prosperity”. The Speaker stressed.
