Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and All Progressives Congress leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, met on Friday, in Abuja.
Details of Osinbajo’s meeting with Tinubu have not been released.
Photos released by the Office of the Vice President showed Osinbajo and Tinubu embracing and later discussing while seated.
This is coming weeks after Tinubu returned from London, United Kingdom, where he had undergone knee surgery.
Meanwhile, recent media reports had indicated frosty relationsship between Osinbajo and Tinubu over the 2023 presidential race.
Both men are aspiring to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari, whose second term ends on May 29, 2023.
Though the pair have not formally declared their aspirations to succeed Buhari, groups canvassing for them are emerging across Nigeria.
