Serena Williams is keeping her body loose in preparation for childbirth!
The legendary tennis champion recently shared some ways she’s staying active (aside from playing her favorite sport, probably?), showcasing a few dance moves in a new Instagram video.
On July 18, Williams uploaded the footage, where she appeared in a pastel yellow two-piece skirt and cropped tank top outfit, growing baby bump on full display.
Set to the tune of Beyoncé’s “ENERGY,” the soon-to-be mama of two gyrated her hips while rocking back and forth—and, not to mention, quite fabulously, as her hair blew in the wind of a fan—offering some insight on the body motion in the caption of the post.
“I was doing some hip isolations ….. behind the scenes on set while waiting to resume shooting helps keep baby healthyyyyyyy #dance #pregnant,” she wrote in the social media note alongside the clip.
Fans were blown away by her ability to stay in such great shape during pregnancy.
“It’s crazy when you can still see the 6 pack on the baby bump 🤯,” one noticed, as another appreciated, “This energy, on beat and doing it all while looking stunning! Yes sis!❤️❤️.”
“Ughhh you look so beautiful!! Love the yellow!☀️,” a third gushed.
“Girl that’s how the baby for here in the first place lol,” an additional person joked, before adding, “glad to see you guys are healthy and thriving.”
Her husband, Alexis Ohanian, even hopped in, writing, “Jellybean already a jock.”
In addition to the babe on the way, the couple—who have been married since 2017—shares 5-year-old daughter, Olympia.
