Mr Israel who noted that closing the road at a period when Nigerians are battle with fuel hike would increase more hardship on them saying “If this road is closed now I think there is no any other faster road to link to Osogbo again in a time like this fuel crises.”

He called on Governor Adeleke to come to their rescue by mediating into move of HazanaCity to close the road.

Another resident, Mrs Ibukun Hazan, told Blaze Newz that they have written official letters to the Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon. Adewale Egbedun and Chief of Staff to the governor, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye to stop HazanaCity Estate developer’s move.

Mrs Hazan lamented that their letters until the time of filing this report has not been acted upon, however, urged the governor to come to their aide.
