Residents of ward 3, Ejigbo Local Government Area, Osun state, have been enjoined to rally round Governor Gboyega Oyetola on his bid to secure another four years in office come 2022.
They were also urged not to halt their support for the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Grassroot politician and chairmanship aspirant, Engineer Shina Ibraheem made the appeal during the weekend when he took his tour to Ilerioluwa APC group in ward 3 of Ejigbo .
Speaking to our correspondent after the meeting, Engineer Shina Ibraheem maintained that people of Ejigbo will continue to be indebted to Governor Oyetola over the infrastructural development his adminstration channeled to the ancient town.
He said that the governor has demonstrated that Ejigbo will never be deprived of dividend of democracy, urged the people of the town to keep supporting Oyetola’s government.
He also distributed food items to members of the Ilerioluwa APC group.
Earlier, Engineer Engr Taiwo Ibraheem Sina sought support of the Ilerioluwa group on his chairmanship ambition , promised that he would run an inclusive government which will be of benefit to all.
