The president of the association of restaurants, cafes, bars, and clubs association, Barrister, Morenike George Taylor has called on federal, states and local governments to always support hospitality industry for the overall economic development in the country.
Speaking at the restaurant cafes, bars and clubs association cocktail evening at Shiro Restaurant, Lagos Nigeria, George Taylor noted that the hospitality industry needs a very strong support from the government in all ramifications.
She emphasised that hospitality industry serves as a very strong catalyst for revival, rejuvenation and development of any country economy.
The president of the association, George Taylor also spoke about the need for cooperation in the hospitality space while the Director of Partnerships popularly known as Chef Gibbs spoke of the upcoming Nigerian Food Summit to further boost the nation’s economy development.
She emphasised “The hospitality industry needs support by the government and through collaboration a lot can be achieved – Morenike george taylor noted ”
The event was well attended by the Hon minister of tourism with representation as well as the special adviser to the president on capacity development, sadiq Rabiu.
