Cristiano Ronaldo did not make his debut for Al-Nassr today, as he was left out of the squad to face Al-Ta’ee.
The 37-year-old was officially unveiled by the Saudi Arabian club on Tuesday.
However, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner must wait to make his debut for his new club.
Al-Nassr coach Rudi Garcia didn’t name Ronaldo in the squad that won 2-0 on Friday.
Ronaldo is likely serving a two-game FA ban he was handed while playing for Manchester United, for smashing an Everton fan’s phone.
Also, Al-Nassr might be having issues registering Ronaldo, as a foreign player will have to leave the club as there are now eight on their books.
