The Presidential candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Prince Adewole Adebayo Has asked Nigerians to chase the All Progressives Congress (APC), out of power in the forthcoming general election in 2023 to solve 50% of the country’s problems.

Adebayo who stated this while receiving the leadership of Association of Election Reporters (AER) in his office in Abuja at the weekend, noted that the administration under the leadership of the President Muhammadu Buhari was the problem of the Nigeria.

According to him, “the administration is self sabotaging, engaged in infighting, grabbing money left, right and centre and forgot what brought them there”.

Adebayo said that due to the maladministration of the present government, Nigerians have loose hope of becoming the giant of Africa, from having best jobs, living in best houses and relegated themselves to just find something to eat and live.

He revealed that having identified some of these problems facing the masses, anybody who comes in under his leadership should be able to solve them.

He said: “So anybody who comes in under our leadership should be able to solve these problems since government is a joint venture partner with the people”.

Adebayo further disclosed that the country have a vacuum in leadership, stressing that Nigeria have a lot of Leadership materials but some how the nation was like a square whole that needed to be filled.

He said: “We have 20 round pegs and 20000 square pegs. We have tried the 20 round pegs and they failed and they always want to come back. It is just that 20s that always found their way there and that is what we want to do away with”.

“Moreso, now that it looks like all of us, rich, poor, young, old, male and female. whatever religion, ethnicity, the unity we are looking for which we couldn’t find, Boko Haram has brought the unity for us because they kill the rich and poor, bandits shoot at anybody including people in government”.

“Kidnappers have bias for the rich but they didn’t spare the poor. So in terms of that leaders, peoples take a collective approach to these issues. Anyone who has a solution should be assisted to take a position of leadership so that we can solve our problems. That is what we are basically trying to do”, he added.
