A congratulatory message has gone to Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke by the Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom and Paramount Ruler of Ife South Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba Akinola Akinrera Latiiri 1, over his affirmation as the authentic winner of the State Governorship election of July 16, 2022 by the Supreme Court.

Recall that the apex court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, upheld the ruling by the appellate court and affirmed the victory of Senator Ademola Adeleke.

According to the Olubosin in his congratulatory message made available to Journalists by his Director of Media and Publicity on Wednesday, “am highly elated with the outcome of the Supreme Court on Tuesday which is a deserved victory to our amiable Governor”.

Oba Akinrera who described the Governor’s victory at the Supreme Court as a good omen to take Osun State to greater heights also enjoined him to be magnanimous in victory.

“Governor Adeleke has started well and I hope he will not relent in his efforts at governing Osun State so that citizens of the State can enjoy dividends of democracy as promised.

“I am very happy to see that within his 100 days in office, he has spread dividends of democracy across the State most especially in the area of provision of portable water supply in all the political wards in the State as well as rehabilitation of roads among others.

“With the finality of the Supreme Court’s judgment, Mr Governor will now concentrate on the aggressive transformation of the State in all ramifications.

“Am using this medium to call on the people of the State to continue to show their unflinching support to Governor Adeleke as he cannot do it alone without our support.

” Let us all join hands with him for him to deliver on his electoral promises while I pray that God will uphold and support him in office.

“On behalf of myself and the good people of Ifetedo Kingdom, I say hearty congratulations to Mr Governor ” Olubosin added.
