A Chairmanship aspirant for the June 13, 2022 Gwagwalada branch election of the Nigeria Bar Association, NBA , Tayo Ogunjide, has continued his campaign for the position with a private visit to his co contestant in the race, Mr David Aigbefor in his office. at Zuba.

It would be recalled that having obtained his form of intent for the Chairmanship race, Ogunjide last week Friday, also paid a courtesy call on the outgoing Chairman, Mr Isah Aliyu.

During the visit to his co contestant and accompanied by members of his campaign team led by the duo of Messrs Clever Owoh and Dauda Ajadosu, ETO stated that the visit became imperative so as to formally inform him about his ambition to vie for the Chairmanship slot of the Gwagwalada branch of the bar.

While thanking him for the love and honour of being received warmly in his office, Mr Tayo told Mr David that two of them need to appeal to their supporters to make the election rancour free .

expressing his heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the love and honour of being visited by his opponent , Mr David, who currently holds the Vice Chairmanship position of the Gwagwalada branch of NBA, allayed the fears of his co- contestant and members of his campaign team on the seeming combative nature of the campaign being carried out by his supporters as alleged in some quarters .

Mr David used the occasion to also pledge his love and cooperation towards making the exercise rancour free , before, during and after the election.

In their separate remarks, some Barr Clever Orwoh who is the Director of Protocol & Mobilization and Dauda Ajadosu, esq, DDG (West) and John Adewakun described the visit as historic and well intentioned.
